Through customized fitness plans, Julia improves her clients' health, strength, and confidence so they can enjoy life more fully.

Julia works with clients to determine their specific goals and needs, then creates safe, fun and effective plans for weight loss, general fitness, and performance training. Her workouts seamlessly integrate a solid education in human movement, current fitness trends, and more than 10 years of training experience.

She optimizes each workout session depending on her client's energy, mood, health and training goals. In a given session, the client engages the core and works the entire body using free weights, cables, bands, medicine balls and the client's own body weight.
